For a more pleasant stay of our valued guests at PRISM Hospitality House, we are pleased to offer the following public services:

Guest Room Fees are as follows:

Prices listed include all utilities and WiFi.
An extra person staying in the same room will be charged a fee of $15 per night.
Monthly House Supplies Fee:
Beginning March 2025, long-term guests (staying 30 days or more) will be charged a house supplies fee of $10 per person per month. This can be prorated at a weekly rate of $2.5, based on your check-out date.
The fee covers essentials such as toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, dish detergents, disinfecting wipes, napkins, and toilet cleaner.

*Your security deposit will be charged based on the duration of stay and will be refunded if there are no issues after check-out date as per the table.
We are sorry, but we cannot accomodate children under 18 or pets.
